Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs as much as possible. Our cancellation policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively while providing fair options for our clients. Please review our cancellation policy below: -30 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. -21 to 29 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made between 21 and 29 days before the event date will receive a 75% refund of the deposit. -14 to 20 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made between 14 and 20 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. -7 to 13 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event date will receive a 25% refund of the deposit. -Less than 7 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. -24 Hours Prior to the Event: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
