Cancellation Policy

We are excited to be a part of your special event. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review and agree to the following: Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. The deposit amount is 50% of the total cost of the catering service. Deposit and Payment: The deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event. Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the service and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation Policy: For details on our cancellation policy, please view our Cancellation Policy. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. If rescheduling is requested within 7 days of the event, a rescheduling fee of $50 may apply. The original cancellation policy applies based on the new event date. Event Details: The client must provide all necessary event details (location, time, number of guests, flavors, etc.) at the time of the booking. Any changes to the event details must be communicated promptly, you can make modifications 7 days prior the event. Significant changes may be subject to additional charges. Service Inclusions: Our standard catering package includes single flavor machine, topping cart display, single flavor frozen yogurt, toppings, cups or cones and serving equipment. Additional items or services requested by the client may incur extra charges. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a suitable location with adequate space and facilities for the catering setup. The client must ensure that all necessary permissions and permits are obtained for the event location. Liability: We are not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the event due to circumstances beyond our control. The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions. Agreement: By booking our catering service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Roseville, California.
