Delivery & Setup fees*:
All of our services are subject to delivery and setup fee. Please include your event address in the inquiry form for accurate pricing.
NOTE: We provide enough product and toppings for up to the number of guests on your selected package. Our staff will stay to assist and refill toppings as needed. Please ensure your guest count aligns with the package inquired to avoid running out of product.
For setup and equipment transport, we require access through concrete or solid, level paths — avoiding inclines, gravel, or grass when possible (requirements may vary depending on the service).
If these conditions are not available, please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly and make any necessary adjustments.

1 - Do you need electricity for your services?
Full Experience:
Yes. Our soft-serve machine requires a dedicated circuit of 220v, however, if you don't have one, or there is no power at all, we can provide you with a generator and extension cords of 25ft and 50ft. Please ensure that generators are permitted at your venue and obtain any necessary permits.
Mini Experience:
Our freezer for pre-swirled cups only requires a standard 110v outlet. If electricity is not available, please contact us to discuss options, including the possibility of using a cooler instead of a freezer.
2 - Can the service be set up outdoors in rain or direct sun?
We can accommodate outdoor setups, and umbrellas are available to cover our service area. However, weather conditions can affect both the product and the equipment. For extremely hot or sunny days, we strongly recommend a shaded or covered location to maintain product consistency and ensure the machine operates at its best.
If weather is a concern, we’ll work with you to find the best possible setup and explore accommodations that keep your service running smoothly and beautifully.
3 - What's the difference between the Full and Mini Experience?
The main difference is the froyo machine. With the Full Experience, your guests can enjoy swirling their own frozen yogurt directly at your event, and they can even go back for seconds. With the Mini Experience, guests are served freshly pre-packaged cups of frozen yogurt. While the froyo itself is pre-packaged, your guests can still fully customize their dessert. Both options ensure a fun and delicious treat for everyone!

Our starting prices reflect the minimum service investment for bringing the Froztique experience to your event.
Final pricing is customized based on your guest count, location, and selected experience.
Most of the events we serve range from 50–150 guests, but we’ll tailor everything specifically to your celebration.
Yes, we absolutely can! Froztique is equipped to cater large events with both our Mini Experience and Full Experience packages. Whether it's a wedding, school event, corporate gathering, fundraiser, or community celebration – we’ve got you covered.
For an accurate quote and setup plan tailored to your event, please contact us directly. We’re happy to offer preferred pricing for larger guest counts.
6 - How early should we secure our date?
To preserve the elevated quality and tailored service our clients expect, we take on only a select number of events. Many clients secure their spot several months to a year ahead.
If your date is set, we recommend reaching out early to guarantee availability.
7 - Do you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?
Yes. We offer a variety of frozen yogurt options and toppings that can accommodate many common dietary preferences and needs, including dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, and Kosher-friendly selections (availability may vary by flavor).
While we do our best to prevent cross-contact, please note that all products and toppings are handled in shared environments. If you or your guests have severe allergies or strict dietary requirements, please share those details with us in advance so we can guide you through the safest options for your event.

8 - Do you offer any discounts?
We offer 10% discount for schools, hospitals and the military community. Fundraisers and non-profits receive discounts too.
